Anchor Self Storage is is your clean green self storage solution powered by the sun We serve residential and business customers and are located on Highway 29 Sonoma Boulevard at the corner of Sonoma Boulevard and Solano Avenue which is easily accessible from Highway 80, Highway 780 and for all residents in Vallejo, American Canyon, Crockett, Benicia and Hercules, California. We offer extended access hours from 7AM to 7PM. Our facility employs state-of-the-art security with electronic gated access, unique electronic access codes, security cameras, recorded surveillance, excellent lighting, individually alarmed storage units and professional on-site management.

The website states “contactless move-in” and “rent online, skip the counter, and go straight to your space” so I completed everything online and attempted to stop by the front when I first got to the property only to find the door locked and the lady working there could see me but didn’t open the door or even bother telling me to wait so I went to my car and proceeded to the gate since I had my code and unit number already. Apparently this was a mistake as the lady in the front then decides to come to the door to very rudely tells us to drive our car back to the front that she didn’t know how we were even back there….. she was so rude and very unprofessional. Refused to give me her managers name or number or how to contact him. Horrible experience and I will not be coming back or renting from this place

I felt my possessions were very safe at this facility when previously renting from Anchor Storage; the management team is very helpful, and the price good, with the discount at the time, really helped. I'll be using this storage company again as it was a very good experience. Locked gates so not just anybody is coming in this facility which is good.

The facility is very clean and conveniantely located right off Curtola Parkway in a good neighborhood. His customer service skills are 5 ЁЯМЯ ЁЯМЯ ЁЯМЯЁЯМЯЁЯМЯ along with friendliness.
